Registration

Conference registration is now open. To proceed with the conference registration please fill the Registration Form (PDF form) and send it Olivier Durieux (o.durieux@glyndwr.ac.uk), Chair of Local Organising committee.

Conference Registration Fee

• The registration fee for authors and other delegates is 250GBP
• The early registration fee (before/on 30 April 2012) is 200GBP

The conference registration fees include all conference sessions, a printed copy of the conference proceedings, all timetabled refreshments and conference receptions. Please note that lunch is not included in the conference fees.

Accommodation

We can offer conference delegates the use of university accommodation at competitive rates. This includes a single room with en-suite (bathroom) facilities at cost of 42.5GBP per person per night. Breakfast for the morning (+7.5GBP) and lunch for the afternoon (+8.5GBP) following each night's stay can be also provided.

Only single rooms are available in university accommodation. Delegates requiring double or family rooms are advised to make their own arrangements for accommodation

Delegates choosing to arrange their own accommodation may wish to look at local hotels and guest houses in the Wrexham area or possibly further across Wales.

Industrial Visit

The conference delegate will have an opportunity to visit Advanced Composite Material Training and Development Centre at Airbus UK, Hawarden. The visit will take place on Wednesday June 13, 2012 in the afternoon. This is a free visit for the delegates but the number of places is limited.
